The FDA is not regulating what goes into our food, so chemicals, toxins and food colorings are getting in.

I love feeling juicy and putting myself into situations that make my body feel juicy!

I also work on moving my body energy every day to help my body feel juicy too.

We are energetic beings.  We are made up of energy.  Disease is usually a stagnation of energy. 

It is energy blocked somewhere and it causes dis-ease of the body.

Recognizing your body is made up of energy is a great first step in healing.  

Then remembering to move this energy around is step 2.
