She Let Go

She let go. Without a thought or a word, she let go.
She let go of fear. She let go of the judgments.
She let go of the confluence of opinions swarming around her head.
She let go of the committee of indecision within her.
She let go of all the ‘right’ reasons. Wholly and completely,
without hesitation or worry, she just let go.
She didn’t ask anyone for advice. She didn’t read a
book on how to let go… She didn’t search the scriptures.
She just let go.
She let go of all of the memories that held her back.
She let go of all of the anxiety that kept her from moving forward.
She let go of the planning and all of the calculations about how to do it just right.
She didn’t promise to let go.
She didn’t journal about it.
She didn’t write the projected date in her day-timer.
She made no public announcement and put no ad in the paper.
She didn’t check the weather report or read her daily horoscope.
She just let go.
She didn’t analyze whether she should let go.
She didn’t call her friends to discuss the matter.
She didn’t do a five-step Spiritual Mind Treatment.
She didn’t call the prayer line.
She didn’t utter one word. She just let go.
No one was around when it happened.
There was no applause or congratulations.
No one thanked her or praised her.
No one noticed a thing.
Like a leaf falling from a tree, she just let go.
There was no effort. There was no struggle.
It wasn’t good and it wasn’t bad.
It was what it was, and it is just that.
In the space of letting go, she let it all be.
A small smile came over her face.
A light breeze blew through her.
And the sun and the moon shone forevermore

You Are A Goddess

You are a woman who emerges from deep within herself.
You have honestly explored your darkness and learned to celebrate your light.
You are a woman who is able to fall in love with the magnificent possibilities within her.
You are a woman who knows of the magic and mysterious places inside her, the sacred places that can nurture your soul and make you whole.
You radiate light. You are magnetic.
You walk into a room and male and female alike feel your presence.
You have power and softness at the same time.
You have powerful sexual energy that’s not dependent on physical looks.
You have a body that you adore and it shows by the way you comfortably live and moves in it.
You cherish beauty, light and love. You are a mother to all children.
You flow with life in effortless grace. You can heal with a look or a touch of the hand.
You are fiercely sensual and fearlessly erotic and engage in sex as your way to share with another in touching the divine.
You are compassion and wisdom. You are a seeker of Truth and care deeply about something bigger than yourself.
You are a woman who knows that her purpose in life is to reach higher and rule with love.
You are a woman in love with love. You know that joy is your destiny and by embracing it and sharing it with others, wounds are healed.
You are a woman who has come to know that your partner is as tender, lost, and frightened as you have been at times.
You have come to understand the scars of the boy in him and know that together, love can be the relief, the healing of your wounds.
You are a woman who can accept yourself as you are and can accept another as they are.
You are able to forgive your mistakes and not feel threatened by another even when attacked.
You can ask for help when you need it or give help when asked.
You respect boundaries, yours and another’s.
You can see God in another’s eyes. You can see God in your own.
You find gratitude in every life situation.
You are a woman who takes responsibility for everything you create in your life.
You are a woman who is totally supportive and giving.
You are a Goddess.

Women Lead from the Womb

A woman … must learn to lead from the womb.
To move our attention from the head to the belly,
from the mind to the body, a woman must learn to
read the signals and learn to trust them.
Otherwise she will never be sure of the difference
between her intuition and those little fearful voices
in her head that tell her to be
cautious, careful, stop, don’t, and so on.
