Week 1 Shopping List
- Greens – Spinach
- Fruit – Bananas and any other combination of fruit you like – mangos, blueberries, strawberries, apples, oranges, pineapples…
- Water – Clean purified water, ideally spring water
- Equipment – Blender
Make as fruity as you want so it tastes yummy.
Hide the greens inside the fruit smoothie.

How To Make
My first week on green smoothie I felt great. I made banana and spinach every morning. I had lots of energy and would go to the bathroom several times in the morning. I could feel the smoothie fibre scraping me out. I had a regular blender that worked great and I would make my large mason jar and drink it for breakfast. It was fast and easy to make and I knew I was doing some awesome for my body. It was helpful my boyfriend at the time, Geoff got into them too. Was much more fun doing them with someone.
